Ms. Kitts' current practice includes patent prosecution and the preparation of patentability, validity and infringement opinions in the chemical, biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields.

Sharon Davis Has Become a Member of the Firm

Rothwell, Figg is pleased to announce that Sharon Davis has become a Member of the firm. Ms. Davis has extensive experience in litigation handling lawsuits in a wide variety of areas including patent validity and infringement, antitrust/unfair competition, mass torts, and personal injury/medical malpractice. In addition, Ms. Davis has particular expertise in representing pharmaceutical companies in litigation arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.

Robert Murray Has Become a Member of the Firm

Mr. Murray's practice involves the full spectrum of intellectual property, with special emphasis on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, as well as other areas of chemistry, and mechanical inventions. Mr. Murray has also been involved in a number of court trials involving patent infringement, antitrust and trade secrets issues, and has been involved in negotiating settlements of many more disputes.
