D.C. Federal Court Judge Rules In Favor of Mylan

Steven Lieberman is interviewed regarding Rothwell, Figg's representation of Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. in its pending case against Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. with respect to Bristol's anti-anxiety drug, BuSpar. The article discussed Judge Urbina's recent ruling, whereby the Court agreed with Mylan's argument that Bristol had registered a "dubious patent listing with the FDA."
